Terms & Conditions

DISPATCH DATES - Any dispatch dates given by us are given in good faith. We will not be liable for any failure to meet such estimates. In some cases merchandise may be out of stock, but expected shortly (usually within 30 days). We cannot be held responsible for availability of goods from our suppliers.

DELIVERY/POST AND PACKING CHARGES - The majority of goods are sent by carrier. Charges are listed in our catalogue and on our website. Please allow 30 days delivery. We reserve the right to make part deliveries, with the remainder to follow later. The delivery charge will be levied when the first part of the order is sent to you. Deliveries are Monday to Friday or Saturday if requested and extra paid for.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY - Orders must be placed before 2pm, for next day delivery (Friday excluded)

SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES - A signature will generally be required. Please remember that when you sign for goods to check that the packaging is intact and sealed/unopened. This is just to make sure there is no issues with the delivery comapny.

THIS IS IMPORTANT in case of return. If you have any doubts please call for advise before signing.Overseas deliveries: please contact your own government/customs departments to clarify legality of importing swords/knives/daggers. Knowledge of and adherence to local laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the consumer. We cannot be held responsible for subsequent loss or additional costs that may be incurred due to import taxes, duty, handling fees etc.

AGE DECLARATION - Placing an order with Ancient Warrior for knives and swords will be deemed as your declaration that you are over the age of 18 years (Eighteen years). You maybe contacted to verify your age. Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Data Protection

CONSUMER DETAILS - Ancient Warrior will only use information collected about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We use the information to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. This includes your name, address, phone numbers, email address and credit card details. Please note that your credit card details are not stored electronically and are used temporarily to gain authorisation. Payment details entered on our web site are automatically encrypted.

Returns Policy

RETURNS - All returns for whatever reasons must be authorised. We will require the original invoice/receipt or copy thereof as proof of purchase. Please remember that when you sign for goods to check that the packaging is intact and sealed/unopened. Any goods/delivery query/shortage or fault must be notified.

FAULTY RETURNS - Faulty goods. If there is a fault with any of the goods you purchase please let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods.

NON-FAULTY RETURNS/RIGHT TO CANCEL/COOLING OFF PERIOD There is a cooling off period of 7 days during which you have the right to cancel. You must provide notice of cancellation by contacting us by email or phone. This needs be done within 7 days of receiving the order. Ancient Warrior complies with current legislation with regards to returns, specifically The Customer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000. i.e. you have the right to return the goods for a refund.

OTHER RETURNS - Goods returned without authorisation will be refused.
